“Knowledge of the area is extensive.”

We were relocating from Charleston, SC so we had the challenge of trying to find the right house, in the right location (being unfamiliar with the area) from 10 hours away. We worked mainly with Marc from the Weil Team but also had the pleasure of interacting with Katie and Dee. Marc really took the time to get to know our family through email, text, and phone. He knew what questions to ask and how to help us focus our search. He was able to make the most of our house hunting trips by showing us around the county to include shopping areas, schools, pools and so much more. His knowledge of the area is extensive. He remained positive and encouraging throughout the entire process as we would find ourselves overwhelmed. Marc never grew tired of showing us any and everything we wanted to see. He remained by our sides throughout the entire process answering questions; serving as our agent during negotiations and inspections, and ensuring everything was in order for closing. He genuinely shared our joy when we finally got the keys.
